I am very dynamic, high spirited, creative and excited about the projects I get involved with.
I think about architecture as an instrument to make people's lives better, simpler, easier. I understnd that it's effects reverberate in a world of happier people and a society less complicated in it's relationships.
I love the theme of "working" in all aspects, weather they are physical, innovational or behavioral. In the world of architecture for the work environment, it fascinates me to study and understand the real demands, desires and difficulties of people, to solve them creatively and in a way that has a positive impact, thought and realized in the form of the environment.
Teamwork is very natural to me, as it is to manage people, I have always motivated and inspired those who worked alongside me and under my supervision. In my opinion, a leader is a support point and his or her role is to work for the team, ensuring deliveries, strategically optimizing processes, organizing demands and maintaining a high level of energy so that the objectives are achieved with the highest possible quality through a journey that brings both pleasure, fulfillment and results to the company.
